Приведены результаты работ НИИ физических измерений по созданию датчиков нового поколения на основе перспективных пьезоматериалов. Определены проблемные вопросы и показаны пути их решения, что должно привести к созданию датчиков на уровне лучших зарубежных образцов, а по ряду параметров (температурный диапазон, помехоустойчивость, надежность) превосходящих их.

The sensors of the new generation on the basis of the promising piezomaterials developed by the Research Institute of Physical Measurements (Penza) are presented. The most challenging problems are stated and the ways of their realization are shown that should result in development of the sensors conforming to the level of the best foreign samples and even outperforming them by some parameters (temperature range, noise immunity, reliability).
